  1. Returns and Timeframe: You may return most new, unopened items within 5 days of delivery.

  2. Eligibility: Items must remain in their original condition, including all original tags, packaging, and accessories.

  3. Refund Options: You may choose between a full refund to your original payment method or a store gift card equivalent to the value of the returned item.

  4. Defective Items or Our Error: If a return is necessary due to a defective item or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  5. Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items and customized products cannot be returned. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

  6. Return Process:

    • a. Contact our customer service at info@ootdwholesale.com to request a Return Authorization (RA).

    • b. Securely package the item, enclosing a copy of your purchase receipt.

    • c. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.

  7. Condition of Return Items: Returned items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when received. Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing components may not be eligible for a full refund.

  8. Return Shipping: Return shipping expenses are the customer's responsibility unless the return results from our error or a defective item.

  9. Processing Time: Please allow up to 5 business days after we receive your return for inspection and processing.

  10. Refund Timing: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method or issued as a gift card within 5 business days after the return is approved.

  11. Restocking Fee: In certain cases, a restocking fee of 25% may apply to cover handling and processing costs. This fee will be deducted from your final refund.
