3. Wholesale Eligibility & Documentation

  • Resale Purpose: Products purchased from OOTD Wholesale are intended for resale only.

  • Tax Documentation: Customers in California are required to submit a valid CA Resale Certificate to be exempt from sales tax. Failure to provide this will result in the application of standard sales tax.

4. Orders and Pricing

  • Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason.

  • Pricing Errors: In the event of a typographical error in pricing or product information, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed for the incorrectly priced item, even if the order has been confirmed and charged.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Content Ownership: All content on this site, including images, logos, text, and designs, is the property of OOTD Wholesale and is protected by copyright laws.

  • Usage License: Authorized retailers may use our product images solely for the purpose of reselling the specific products purchased from us. Unauthorized use of our media for other commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
