1. Shipping Cut-Off & Processing Time

Processing: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Operating Hours: Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

High Volume Delays: During seasonal peaks or high order volumes, processing may be delayed by a few days. We appreciate your patience and ask that you allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Method Optimization
To ensure our customers receive their products in the shortest time possible, we reserve the right to upgrade your shipping method without prior notice.

Automatic Upgrades: If our logistics team identifies a faster alternative to the method selected at checkout that qualifies for your order, we will apply the upgrade at no additional cost to you. Our priority is the timely arrival of your wholesale goods.
3. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Delivery Estimates: Shipping and delivery dates are estimated based on item availability and the shipping options chosen. Estimates will be provided on the shipping quotes page during the checkout process.

Weight-Based Pricing: Shipping rates for our items are calculated based on weight, which can be found on each product’s detail page. To reflect the policies of our shipping partners, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
4. Order Changes

You may request changes to your order as long as it has not yet been processed or shipped. To ensure the fastest response, please contact us via phone or email during our standard business hours.
5. Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error or an error received from our suppliers, OOTD Wholesale reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product.

This applies regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If a cancellation occurs after payment, we will immediately issue a full credit to your original payment method.
6. Order Acceptance Policy

Receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute a confirmed offer to sell. OOTD Wholesale reserves the right to accept or decline your order, or supply less than the quantity ordered, for any reason at any time.

High-Value Orders: All orders exceeding $500.00 (USD) require pre-approval and a verified method of payment as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verification or information before processing such orders.
7. Sales Tax & Resale Certificates

California Shipments: Sales tax is only required for orders shipping within our resident state. Therefore, applicable sales tax will be applied to all orders shipping within California.

Tax Exemption: To be exempt from sales tax, please submit your valid CA Resale Certificate to our team prior to or during the ordering process.
8. Customer Privacy & Information

Any customer information, including email addresses, received by OOTD Wholesale will be used exclusively in connection with your order. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties.

Communications: We may periodically send electronic newsletters. If you wish to opt out, simply email us with "remove from email list" in the subject line, and you will be removed immediately.
